PolarWear operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). PolarWear is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. PolarWear reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. An order is only accepted once we confirm acceptance and payment has been processed.
Please review your order carefully before submitting. We may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests once an order is accepted. If we cannot accept, change, or must cancel your order, we will attempt to notify you via the contact details you provided.
Return and Withdrawal Rights
If you are not completely satisfied with a product, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.
EU and UK customers have a legal right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
New Zealand customers are entitled to applicable remedies under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
All prices displayed on our website are shown in the local currency of the country you are shopping from.
Shipping and handling costs, if applicable, are calculated and displayed separately during checkout before you confirm your purchase. The price applicable to your order will also be confirmed in your order confirmation email.
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date billing and payment information. By submitting your payment details, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and agree to the charges as displayed at checkout.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.
All orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by you. It is your responsibility to track the shipment and ensure someone is available to receive it. In some cases, deliveries may be completed without signature, and the courier may leave the parcel in a safe place and provide photographic or electronic proof of delivery.
Once the courier confirms delivery to the provided address, including proof where applicable, responsibility for the parcel transfers to you. We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage after confirmed delivery.

PolarWear is powered by Shopify. However, sales and purchases are made directly with PolarWear. Shopify is not responsible for your transactions, and by using the Services, you release Shopify from all claims related to your purchases.
